Glass jars, half ounce to four ounces, are vacuum sealed for up to 60 days when refrigerated.

Vacuum sealed tins offer up to 30 days when refrigerated and include a custom opener.

Once opened, caviar is best enjoyed within 24 hours.

Refrigerate immediately upon arrival.

Store at 32°F to 38°F toward the back of the refrigerator.

For the best experience, enjoy shortly after delivery, ideally within one week.

Unopened caviar will keep until the listed best by date.
